Rating

The most important quality measurement, however, is the rating that we receive from our customers. Without exception we ask our customers to rate all aspects of our service. The weekly results are communicated within the company and seriously evaluated. We are proud that, for the past several years, at least 92% of our customers have rated us positive on the execution of their move.
