General terms and conditions
To ensure complete transparency, Voerman International provides access to the Terms & Conditions governing our moving and relocation services.
As a member of the Dutch moving industry and a FAIM-certified, FIDI-affiliated international mover, we apply recognized industry standards for both domestic and international relocations.
You can review the documents directly on this page or download them for future reference.
Dutch Domestic Relocations
For relocations within the Netherlands, the Terms and Conditions of the Certified Movers Association (Erkende Verhuizers) apply.
International Relocations
For international moving services, the applicable FIDI Terms and Conditions and/or international moving conditions apply as specified in your quotation, service agreement, or order confirmation.
